🛒 Ingredients

 ripe bananas, mashed

 large eggs

 ½ cup maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice)

 1 tsp vanilla extract

 1 tsp baking soda

 ½ tsp baking powder

 ¼ tsp salt

 1 tsp ground cinnamon

 2½ cups almond flour

 2 tsp chia seeds

 1 tsp flax seeds

 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (optional + extra for topping)

 2 tbsp avocado oil (or oil of choice)

🥣 Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

3. Add the eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.

4. Stir in the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

5. Fold in the almond flour, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, and chocolate chips. Mix gently—avoid overmixing.

6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips or pumpkin seeds if desired.

7. Bake for 30–45 minutes, depending on your oven. Check doneness with a toothpick—it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

8. Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
