Gut-Healing Avocado Brownies 🍫 (Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free)

These nutrient-packed brownies are perfect for picky eaters! Made with brain-boosting fats, gut-friendly fiber, and hidden protein, they’re delicious AND nourishing. 

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Add eggs, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Mix well.
  3. Stir in protein powder, gluten-free flour, baking soda, flax seeds, cinnamon, cocoa powder and salt until combined
  4. Fold in pumpkin seeds.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top evenly, and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing.

  • Swap maple syrup for honey or monk fruit sweetener for a lower-sugar version.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temp for 2 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
