Berry Bone Broth Popsicles

 Berry Bone Broth Popsicles

These popsicles are the perfect way to sneak in bone broth, which can be difficult to hide in foods. Your kids will be drinking it in concentrated amounts, helping repair their gut lining because it is rich in collagen, gelatin, and amino acids (glutamine, glycine, proline), which help heal and seal the gut lining, reducing permeability (leaky gut)

They’re also great when kids are sick! Bone broth helps speed up recovery. It is high in minerals like zinc and magnesium, which strengthen the immune system and help fight infections more effectively. Also, the coldness of the popsicle soothes sore throats and helps bring down fevers naturally. A win-win!
